I have not been on, I've had the most hellish week ever you know when the flash backs kick in, and you can't stop the dreams. I ended up in hospital for a week,just to calm things down. Any way i will catch you all soon any idea's to hell with the begining of the therapy when they drag everything up.
Just an update from my last message, i'm feeling alot better than my last message. Well in to session's now, hard going as you all know. thanks for everyone's emails.
