I am 36 and have suffered sexual abuse by my fathers hand between the ages of 4-7 and once when I was 16. I feel blessed that the abuse was not full sex, or if it was I cannot remember. I have told a few people but always found that they did'nt really want to help, they were too busy.  I can usually cope but every so often I snap.  I need a friend who wants to talk and share and listen.  Someone who understands. Someone with a similar history of abuse. Thanks.
