hi liz i am new here too i fully understand as i have had years of trying to deal with what happens and it does take time but eventually things do get better i have issues that were caused because of the abuse and hope to go to therapy soon welcome hope things get a bit better for you soon if you wish to talk about anything feel free to contact me too.
