I am another new member and I was going to begin with something I am currently going through, but as I was signing up the history question, prompted another topic, my very beginning, because my mother had quite a few children from different men who she was never married to and she also never looked after us.  We were dispersed to different people in different places and to varying forms of abuse.  I once read an article in one of Sunday supplements you find in the doctors office, and I was fascinated to see someone who went through almost the same experience.  A term was used I think for children or the mother (no not the slanderous one), but one of those professional terms and I  was wondering if anyone has come across this article or know the word.
